Toad Hunting
The natterjack toad is quite rare in Ireland, only living in Castlegregory and Caherdaniel in Kerry. Their main spawning ground is just up the road from us, but the action tends to happen quite late at night in the middle of summer. So we got the kids into their jimjams and went a hunting. The noise was deafening!
